Our Story

Rooted in Agriculture,
Growing Since 1989

Widely known as azaterra crop science at Shahada, was engaged in the manufacture of Metalinilic acid in 1989. Due to the heavy demand of Metalinilic acid and Dyes intermediate, azaterra crop science came into existence.

It was in the year 1999 when Mr. Sharad Patil & Mr. Kailas Patel came with an idea of quitting the chemical industry and begin a new venture of manufacturing Organic products — which led to the beginning of Cheminova AgroTech.

azaterra crop science is currently both a Manufacturer & Supplier of Gardening Products, Forestry Products & Agricultural Products. The company offers a comprehensive range of organic products including export quality cold press Neem Oil, Karanj Oil, Neem Oil Based Insecticides (300 PPM, 1500 PPM, 3000 PPM, 10000 PPM) and Azadirichtin Technical — all among the most demanded products across the world.

Foundation — Cheminova Intermediates Pvt. Ltd.
Established at Shahada for the manufacture of Metalinilic acid and Dyes intermediates, responding to heavy market demand.
1999
Pivot to Organics — Cheminova AgroTech
Mr. Sharad Patil & Mr. Kailas Patel conceptualised a new venture in Organic products manufacturing, giving birth to Cheminova AgroTech as a Manufacturer & Supplier of Gardening, Forestry & Agricultural Products.
Post-1999
Soham Colloids — STARCH Division
Under the banner of Soham Colloids at Shahada, Mr. Sharad Patil diversified into the STARCH industry — becoming a leading manufacturer of Tamarind Husk, Tamarind Kernel Powder, Tamarind Seed Gum, Sodium Carboxy Methyl Tamarind (CMT), Gaur Gum and Carboxymethyl Starch (CMS), widely used in Hydraulic Fracturing, Jute Yarn, Cotton Warp, Paper & Explosive Industries.

Radhika Ginning — Shahada
Mr. Kailas Patel began his own new venture under the name of Radhika Ginning in Shahada.
2006
Radhika Oil Industries
Building on the success of Radhika Ginning, Radhika Oil Industries was established — manufacturing Cotton Seed Oil, Cotton Seed Oil Cake, Polishing of Wheat, Chana, Soyabean & other grains, with a workforce of more than 60 employees spread across 5 acres.
